My chicken is a bit puffed up

I am new to this site and fairly new to keeping chickens - one of my hens is slightly puffed up and has diarrhoea - she is still quite perky and is eating and is clean around the vent area - but has been like this on and off for about 5 days - do you have any advice? I have 7 hens who spend some time in a large run and quite a lot of time out in a half acre garden. All the other hens are really healthy. The affected hen is a young POL rhode island red hybrid. They are fed on layers pellets, some corn and scraps from kitchen including some green veg, they have grit and fresh water etc - Would really appreciate some help
