looking for some quick actionable diet
Hi everybody, I am 14 years old, I am 55 in height and 178pounds in weight. I think I'm not overweight but losing a few pounds won't hurt at all. Yeah I need a quick way to loose weight. Im doing exercise regularly but I dont want to continue this. I feel bored with this. I am looking for some quick actionable diet or something like this. Can you tell which the best policy to loose weight is very quickly?
