thats probably a respiratory disease so you need to get the chicken with it separate and youll need to get tylan antibiotics for her
while waiting for the vets/ stores to open tomorrow keep her warm , offer food and make sure she drinks
colloidal silver will treat it but it takes longer to work than abs from a vet and may not work fast enough to save her
put a clove of garlic in her drinking water...if you can get her to eat some brilliant
place a bowl of boiling water near her cage and add a clove of garlic to this too failing that rub some garlic on her skin or legs - its easily absorbed into the bloodstream
try fruit , tomatoes or greens to keep her eating and a scrambled or boiled egg will pick up her strength
you may have to treat all your chooks with abs - even the ones who are fit as these diseases spread rapidly
there are a number of diseases this could be and this one sounds like mycoplasma
keep in touch for more tips and advice off others and to let us know how she does

I agree with Kath - definitely sounds like mycoplasma, and usually treated with a specific antibiotic called Tylan, which needs to be obtained from a vet. You will need to treat the whole flock because it's contagious.

If you don't already have a good chicken vet, make sure you find one with a vet who knows about hens.  The best bet is usually to go to a 'large animal' vet (basically they are used to dealing with all types of farm animal, even the little ones!)

Act fast otherwise otherwise they are likely to die without meds.
