hi, i dont know if im posting this to the right place, apologies if i'm not.

i'm new to keeping chickens, only had them week and a half. one of my hens has no feathers around its crop and underbelly, her crop feels and looks full, soft to touch and quite warm. the other chickens have been pecking at her lady bits and made her bleed. shes been separated and i've cleaned up the blood.the blood is from the injury, not internal.

i've done a webserch and found out its probably sour crop, i've tried tipping her upside down and massaging her crop to empty it but with no luck, theres also no nasty smell coming from her mouth. shes laying, eating and moving around as normal.
she also keeps doing this odd "bringing up a hairball" thing.

any ideas, hints and tips would be massivly appriciated.
